To get a custom user title, you must have at least 50 posts, and you cannot request another one until another 100 post. So if you request one at 50 post, you have to wait until 150 post to get another one.(unless you are VIP) Now, all you need to do is post a thread and type up what you want it to say It can only be 10 characters long.
